To our lovely customers,

We here at Board in the City have always strived to maintain good value for money and pound for pound we think we’re still great value. With that in mind we understand some people can be a bit thrown by our entry charges so we wanted to take some time to explain them to you.

How it works

Entry is £3 per person for the first 3 hours then £1 per hour for each additional hour or part hour. Just think 3 for 3 then +1 per hour. (Initial entry for under 16’s is charged at just £2)

But Wait… There’s more: Customers who spend £15 or more won’t have to pay the extra £1 per hour after the initial entry!!!

And… We have a loyalty card, concessions on entry for universal credit or medical exemption and discounts for group bookings. Ask at the bar for more info.

What’s it for?

The entry fee is an important part of our business. It allows us to maintain and continually add to our massive collection of games, it helps with the many costs involved with running a small independent business in a big city and it helps us run our ongoing community work as a not for profit company. Your ongoing support makes this all possible. Go you!
